WHEN SHOULD I HAVE MY SPACE THOROUGHLY CLEANED? +

Alternatively, you can enroll in one of our basic cleaning packages as well as end yourself saving money.

WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS OPERATING DAYS? +

We are open Monday through Friday, however, we will consider weekend bookings if you need us to do so because of the use of your premises, a deadline for an event, or if we are completely booked throughout the week.

HOW DO I MAKE MY ORDER PAYMENT? +

Upon completion of the cleaning, you may make a cash or check payment. Use a credit card, debit card, e-wallet, etc. to make payments.

BEFORE YOUR STAFF ARRIVES, DO WE NEED TO MAKE ANY PREPARATIONS HERE ON THE PROPERTY?+

Most of the work is done for you by us. Before we arrive, there are a few things you must have prepared. Don't worry; your quote already includes everything you need for your convenience. 1. Parking Is Necessary We need parking because we utilize tools, machinery, and equipment throughout the booking. We will need a few parking spaces reserved for our crew, preferably close to the building. 2. Site Access Any gate codes, access cards, or keys must be given to our crew before they can enter your property. Our day begins between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. A staff member must be present to provide access if it cannot be set up remotely. 3. Access-restricting or sensitive items Please relocate any items that might be chemically or water sensitive so that we can work all over the building. Included in this are any outside furniture, potted plants, and decorations that might be hanging from or close to the building's face. For an additional fee, our team can carry out this task on your company's behalf if you happen to be unable to. Please be aware that we cannot transport big objects and are not responsible for lost or broken items.

DO YOU OFFER ONSITE QUOTES? +

The majority of our quotes are done remotely using systems for property mapping and your internet inquiry. When finalizing your quote, we could ask for a site visit to check accuracy. If a site inspection is necessary, we will get in touch to arrange one.

YOUR TEAM COULD HAVE TO GO THROUGH INDUCTIONS. +

If online inductions are necessary for our team, make sure to email them to us before the booking date. Our team will provide a free onsite induction if it is necessary upon signing in to the site and takes less than 30 minutes. However, if the onsite induction takes longer than 30 minutes, our site team may be charged more.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? +

Payments can be made with a debit or credit card, bank transfer, or both. To associate your invoice with your internal PO Number, we often need it.

WHEN MUST WE MAKE A PAYMENT? +

When a quote is accepted and a PO Number is given, we typically don't need a deposit. For billing, we will need your account's contact name, phone number, and email. Bills are generated once the job is complete. We offer seven days for payments. Please inform us if, as a result of your internal procedures, a different term needs to be mutually agreed upon.
